Tool Names Not Fully Displayed on Tool Palette

My collegue is asking that how can we show the tool name fully, like enabling the word wrap to see the full name.

What version of Alteryx is he using? In my computer/version is showing the tool name fully, I don't think thats an option.

Actually I have 2 license, 2021.3 and 2021.4 both are fine.

But my collegue is using 2021.3 and having the issue. and it appears there are also several other occurence in my organization.
I do suspect it is not alteryx issue, and maybe something about the Win10 configuration?
