Hello,
In my company and specially in my team, we have a license key with 6 seats in it.
I was trying to write a python script using Python tool, and then my Alteryx crashed and closed alone.
When I opened the designer, the license was automatically revoked, so when I try to insert the license it says that there is no available seats left with the License Key!
I went to Alteryx License Portal, I don’t have the “users” and “accounts” options so I guess I am not the admin of the portal.
How do I and my team check Who’s the admin of Alteryx License Portal ?
