Take Exam Button - Disabled on my Alteryx Advanced Exam

Hi All,

Has anyone experienced an issue where there is no 'Take Exam' button to progress taking an exam?

I am eligible to take an exam on06/10/2024, however unable to proceed.

Appreciate any comments/suggestion.

I have also attached the screenshot for reference.

Last time I didnt pass a test, I noticed that it took the time into consideration. Maybe it hadnt reached the unlock time when you looked last. Does it still not show up for you now that its the 7th? If not, you may want to reach out to support.
