Some Onboarding Badges Disappeared

A few days ago, I had a barrage of notifications coming in regarding the new onboarding badges if one goes onto to finish them here: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Launch-Pad-Resources/tkb-p/onboarding

But, I've finished them and got the badges, and then some of the badges disappeared. Not sure what's going on - can anyone from Alteryx Community side comment on this?

@LeandraN  - I have the same issue as well as I do not see any on boarding badge on my profile in spite of finishing all the resources on Launch Pad .

Hi @LeandraN - I see that the Women of Analytics Badge has been resolved. But the other badges are still not resolved yet. Are there any updates on that?

It’s great to see you progressing through the Onboarding Program!

You can view and manage your progress using Mission Control’s Launchpad. Look out for the Onboarding Action at the end of the module, as these need to be completed to receive a badge. Please note that badges will be reflected in your profile within 24 hours of course completion.

Err - I did this months ago. The badge is still not reflecting. Same experience for @ramesh_neel.

Hi @caltang ,

Leandra is looking into the missing Text Mining badge which you have earned and is yet to appear in your profile.

You need to complete one Onboarding Action from the Server Onboarding path in order to earn this badge - please look at Mission Control to identify which action is outstanding.

I think I've completed it all, but the progress bar isn't changing on the Maveryx Mission Control site. Not sure what's going on...

@caltang I believe we found the issue and hope to have a solution in place by Friday 9/22!
