Saving an Email Draft

Hi,

I am currently working on a build that creates a table, formats the layout, and sends a personalized email. The company I work for does not want them to be sent automatically due to issues with risk, so I was wondering if it was possible to send it to the drafts folder.

I have created a sample flow in Alteryx that simulates my process.

Please let me know if there is anyway to have the email sent to the draft folder with the recipient information.

The Alteryx workflow in the link creates a file that can be opened with Outlook with all of the fields (recipients, subject line, etc) populated. All you have to do is click send.

Hi Christina, the attached example is to input one excel file and output one draft email. Do you know how to input different excel files with the similar names, and output emails per the excel name?
