Can you please confirm if the following statements are correct about Alteryx Scheduling
1.Alteryx dos not allow scheduling of its ETL workflows using any outside product.
The only option is to use either Alteryx Scheduler/Desktop Automation or Alteryx Server.
2. The drawback with desktop automation is that scheduled jobs will execute only when the desktop\laptop is ON as its completely local.
3. A better approach from architecture & best-practices stand-point will be to utilize Alteryx Server for all such scheduling activities.
The server feature comes along with a Analytics Gallery for scheduling workflows and will act like a company-wide central scheduling interface for all Aletryx objects, This will allow proper monitoring, security patching and failover of all such scheduled activities.
