Recording inputs used in an Alteryx Model

Hi, I would like to compile a database of the inputs to many Alteryx models (and if possible, the fields) that have been used. Is there a recommended way to do this? It would be best if every time the model ran it provided this information.

To track Alteryx model inputs, use Alteryx Designer's built-in features, external database tracking, version control, and Alteryx Server logs. Standardize input data, document workflows, and utilize metadata for better data governance.
