Record identification of ALteryx

i have one export file and I  want to identify in this file which one is registered in IAHUB and which one is registered in UWAT . I have also full inventory registered UT report and on the other hand full inventory registered report in IAHUB. in total i have 3 files. how i can identify in export file which one is registered in iahub and which one is registered in uwat on alteryx . im a beginner who has no idea about alteryx please help me

I created workflow and i see an error on string can only be joined to toher string fields . how i can fix this

@Nuran_34 Make sure the Record ID field and the UT ID fields are the same data type, it seems to be one of the fields is not a string data type, you need to add a select tool before the join tool then change the field type to String then apply the join
