Passed Certification Exam, but next day it asked me to take it again?

My user id is 143813, I have passed the core exam, but today the exam status is 'Take Exam', why?

I contacted Alteryx support, and they said 2 things. The first being that they are aware of this issue and they are working on it.

The second point thye made is to try refreshing the page at the top of the hour, or early in the day. Sometimes they have some internal defaults that freeze your chance to take the second chance. 

So basically, open it and try refreshing it every hour or so. It worked for me, and I was able to finished the advanced certification.
