Output alignment

Have created a new workflow and found out that the edited fields and non-edited fields alignment are different even after applying the data cleansing, and it has affected my report so I need to make them uniform, either all left or all right. We are not allowed to edit anything in the Excel btw

Can you provide dummy data then? Because your screenshot's resolution is quite poor and I can't see much. Otherwise I am not sure what you are requesting.

Kindly provide an expected output as well, what you intend to see.
