My company would like to demo Alteryx however when I try to launch the online demo it will not connect.
I have tried on Internet Explorer and Chrome
@Fiona46 have you tried it on an external internet connection (like at home, and not on a VPN)? Or on a non-company machine?

Thank you for your suggestion, I am currently logged on my home internet on a company laptop. Unfortunately I do not have another machine to try it on.
In that case, I would suggest contacting your company's IT security (or probably have to start with support) and have them look at it.
It's fairly common for companies to restrict what a browser can/can't use (for example a port or protocol being blocked) be way of security software on your local machine. Most decent IT security software runs silently so you wouldn't even see it.
