Not received badge from Credly

Hello, I have completed the Alteryx Designer Core certification on 12th August and the mail I received post completion said that I would receive my batch within 48 hours from Credly, but I have'nt yet received it. Hence I am not able to download my certification, what should I do in this scenario?
Any help would be appreciated.
