Not received Alteryx badge - Advanced certification

Hi,

 

I had cleared the Alteryx  Designer advanced exam on 17th December, but I still haven't received the certificate. I had also mailed at certification@alteryx.com, but I still did not receive the certificate yet. Please help me if any one have other ideas to check with the team

And you received it on Friday - make sure you check your emails from that date and check your junk folder?
