Not able to take Alteryx Designer Core Certification Exam

Hi,

I had taken the Alteryx Designer Core certification exam on 5th Aug 2019 but I did not pass the exam.

Now I am planning to take it again but not able to access when I click on Take exam button I redirect to the page where it says "You have reached your limit for the amount of time you can take this online test"

I have also attached the screenshot of the message.

Can you please assist me to resolve this issue.

I have a similar situation but this would be my second attempt and it is asking for an access code but no instruction on how to get one. where should I look?
