Alteryx works with data in a tabular structure of rows and columns. The required output you specified isn't tabular, so I am not clear on what you are trying to achieve. I'm guessing that you may bee looking for a list of the concat_values for each tablename. If that's correct, you can get that with a simple summary tool; however the format will not be as you specified. see attached workflow.
