Macro Question: Sharepoint and OneDrive

Hello!

 

I am helping a client to build out and deploy their macros and this question came up:

 

Can you reference a macro that exists within either Sharepoint or OneDrive when deploying a workflow to Gallery? More specifically, if I didn't want to package a macro but rather have it referenced I know I could do that using a shared drive or maybe locally where the server is hosted but could I reference it in one of those cloud locations?
