Loss of Designer Core Qualification in my account

Hi, 

I passed my Designer Core Qualification in February this year (I got my credential in Credly) but for an unknown reason, such a record disappears in my Alteryx account.

Hence I am not allowed to take the Advanced Qualification Exam.....

Who should I contact to in order to solve this issue?

Drop certification@alteryx.com an email and they should be able to help!

Hi @jeffreyli0421 

As per the policy if there is any violation taking the exam the certification would be reverted.

Some multiple accounts created to clear the exam soon.
