Hi We just now did renewal for Alteryx designer and server licenses. However after that new licenses are not showing on Alteryx license portal .Any workaround or solution will be helpful.

Hi @shpatil - your new license keys maybe in a different "order group". At your license portal home page (on the middle right hand side on screen), do you have a dropdown? If so, please toggle the dropdown and select the another order group. Once you have selected the new order group, you should then see the new licenses you have purchased.
If you do not have a dropdown at your license portal home page - please contact Alteryx Fulfillment.
