Keeping my certifications after changing employers

Hi,

I would very much appreciate your insights on this one: I'm changing jobs and in my last day of work I changed the email tied to My Alteryx account. The issue I am encountering is that after doing so I can't see My Certifications in My Alteryx. I am able to see them in my community page but not My Alteryx. I am freaking out a bit in case I lost them , could you please provide guidance as to how to migrate my certifications?

Thanks for reaching out and first off my apologies for this issue you're encountering. I am looking into this and will get back to you so we can get your certifications over to your new SSO account. 

Can you please give me your previous email used with SSO and the new email that you changed to? This will greatly help us to look into this.

Just wanted to pop in here and let you know that your certifications are safe! There can be discrepancies between the Community profile and My Alteryx, so in doubt, trust your Community profile at this time. Additionally, your Credly badges are all safe as well. If you find yourself losing a certification from your Community profile or Credly, please feel free to reach out to us! Certification@alteryx.com

Thank you so much for looking into this and explain the discrepancy between My Alteryx and the Community, it makes perfect sense and so far I can still see badges in both Credly and the Community. Perhaps as a bit of feedback, it would be good to let other users know about this discrepancy? So that they don't freak out like me haha.
