Issue with Alteryx installation

Hello Alteryx users,

I'm having trouble with Alteryx on my linux laptop. Whenever I try to open the software, it crashes immediately, and I get an error message that says "Alteryx has stopped working." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but that didn't solve the problem. I'm not sure what else to try, and this is affecting my work. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
