Interactive Training Modules

Hi

I am new to Alteryx and trying to work my way through the Interactive training modules.  I can hear and see the presentation but when the presenter asks me to physically do something the software doesn't react.  Anyone know why this might be?

Are you mentioning that Designer freezes up? I would recommend checking your system requirements : https://help.alteryx.com/20223/designer/system-requirements

You may have already done this, but have you fully shut down your computer and restarted it in a while? Sometimes a clean reboot helps the computer work without those processes that take up memory and processing power
