Intelligence Suite is not working

Hi All,

 

I have Alteryx designer 2022.1.395 and tried to download the Intelligence Suite. However, it does not download and asked me for activate a license. 

Do I need to purchase new license for using this suite? I appreciate if some one can help me in this case.
