Inserting double horizontal line before grand total

Hi all,

I am attaching a screenshot which is to be achieved. I am not able to perform this with the help of report text also using a horizontal line. Any Ideas?

You could try making splitting the Total Amount and Total Charge from the Grand Total using two Report Text tools.

1st one for Total Amount and Total Charge, add a horizontal line after the amount.

2nd one for Grand Total, add a horizontal line before the amount. 

Then, union both with a Layout Tool to map them vertically. 

Try this and see if it works...
