I am unable to receive my Alteryx Designer core Badge
Dear Alteryx Certification Team,

I hope you're doing well.

I recently completed the Alteryx Designer Core Certification exam, but I mistakenly submitted the wrong Community User ID during the registration process. As a result, I have not yet received my certification badge or any communication from Credly, and it's now been over 48 hours since I finished the exam.

Below are my correct details for reference:

  • Full Name: Manas Khanger

  • Correct Community User ID: 

    MANASKHANGER

     

  • Email Used for the Exam: khangermanas@gmail.com

  • Certification Name: Alteryx Designer Core Certification

  • Date and Time of Completion of Exam:2nd May, 00:17 IST

I'd be grateful if you could help update my Community User ID and ensure my badge and certificate are issued to the correct account.
