I Have not received the any email with my Badge and pdf Certificate after clearing Alteryx

I have not received the any email with my digital Badge and pdf Certificate from Credy after clearing Alteryx Foundation Micro credentials. It was notified that I will get email from Admin credly. Please let me know whom to report this
