How to get Onboarding badge ?

I have been completing challenges from last 7 days also looks like I have completed onboarding journey, Still no onboarding badge received, is there any specific procedure or special steps ?

@harshendra great to see you progressing through the Onboarding Program! Please verify that you have also completed the onboarding requirements in Mission Control’s Launchpad, look out for the Onboarding Action at the end of the module, as these also need to be completed to receive a badge. Then, badges will be reflected in your profile within 24 hours of course completion.
