Looking for help how to go for learning with Alteryx from Scratch.

Welcome to Alteryx and welcome to community!  

I think the best place to start is the training section of our website.

I would recommend going through the getting started videos below

If you have the time, I also highly recommend going through the self paced training exercises that we have posted

Completing the beginner and intermediate sections should give you a great overview on the commonly used tools within Alteryx.
