Historic previous quarter alteryx data is needed

Question

Hi,

I want to request the data for the previous quarter – 2021_Q3.

We have the 2021_Q4 data.

The data we need is : individual & household data for the month of September.

I don't see it in the License and Downloads. When updating the data for this quarter, we just replaced the data.

Can someone please help how can we get the previous historic data?

Hi @radhikasood1112 .  Unfortunately due to licensing requirements Alteryx does not store prior data vintages.  If you didn't wind up archiving prior vintages as they came in, then you are out of luck.  We ran into this too a while back, which is why we upgraded our server's storage capacity and now store/archive all vintages.
