Haven’t received the certificate

I’ve passed the alteryx core designer exam on 10th june and haven’t received the certificate. I’ve also mailed certification@alteryx.com but didn’t get reply. How can I get my pdf certificate?

By checking the thread below, sometimes, it sometimes takes one week.

And I will be sending an expedite email to certification@alteryx.com again if i am in your situation. 😁
