Haven't got the Alteryx Core Certification Badge.

I have completed the Alteryx Core certification on 17th December 2018. I've got my certificate but the core certification badge is not visible on my profile. Please help.

It can take up to a month for the badge to appear/be synced in the community. Don't worry, you should have it soon.....

It's been almost 2 months now, I haven't got the Core Certified logo. I had completed the certification on 17th December 2018.

A direct line of communication to the certification team can be made via email.

certification@alteryx.com

Send them a note and I'm sure that you'll be responded to.

@JoeM I have exact same issue passed the test last week but my badge hasn’t yet update on the community forum.

I have emailed the team certification@alteryx.com but have not yet heard back. Any help is much appreciated.
