I've had a few issues regarding the free trial which I haven't been able to resolve and can't get through to Alteryx support so I wonder if anyone can help me. Half way through the free trial I needed to change laptops so enquired how I could transfer the download. The response was that I should be able to download the free trial again as there was no licence but when I tried this a licence no. was requested and I couldn't proceed any further.
I carried on with the old laptop but hadn't managed to take the certificate before the trial ended so again made several attempts to contact Alteryx and eventually came across a link allowing me to request an extension to the free trial which I clicked but have still not received any response.
I was ready to take the Certificate and as the guidelines suggest it could well take longer than a month to be ready anyway, I do need the extension or the ability to download another free trial. Can anyone let me know if this is possible and if so how do I go about it?
