Formula Not Working

I am used to Excel and working with IFS statements well need to say the least Alterxy is giving me issues trying to figure this out. When trying to finish the last ELSE IF Statement it will not work. Keeps popping up with this issue.... Need Expertise please!!!

@codyfink Make sure the data type of the field Percent is numeric

@codyfink In the select tool change the data type of percent field from string to double and run the workflow
