Morning,
When I loaded the Community page this morning, a file automatically downloaded. When I refreshed the page, another file automatically downloaded. I thought it might be connected to the link I use to access the Community so I accessed it via google and I got the same thing.
Any ideas why this is happening?

I've just logged into the Community there twice in Chrome, and it's downloaded two files for me, so it could still be an issue.

I did raise a ticket this morning and I'm aware of one other user reporting the same issue (and recently) so it's not isolated nor completely resolved.
@markcurry did you get casino chat room or a different chat transcript? 🤣
@Shifty yes, it's the same Casino chat, but I haven't looked it the file. It downloads every time I return the to main page of the Community, it's still happening for me. I sent an email to support as well.

Thank you all for the heads up and nice troubleshooting, this is a huge help! You're all completely correct this issue is coming from our third-party vendor Simplecast and is downloading on the home page due to a featured podcast there. We're working directly with them to figure out what is or was causing this and how we can fix it to avoid this in the future. I'll update this thread once we have more information we can share.
Thank you all again for raising this, it's definitely a weird one and we appreciate everyone's patience and help in figuring out where this was coming from.

Our team was able to get our hands on a copy of both files and transcripts so you're good to delete them, but thank you for saving them! That kind of data is a huge help for troubleshooting and if we didn't have copies already I would definitely have taken you up on the offer. 😁
