Extract or Identify rows in a CSV File that are in between rows containing certain words

Probably not such a difficult task but I tried for a while and also tried to find posts that might help me ...

This should work with Multi Row Formula .....

I have a huge long text/csv file and want to identify and extract the in-between Rows of Text that are starting with the ROW that CONTAINS "Start Error Messages" and ending with the ROW that CONTAINS "Start Error Messages".

Maybe somebody has a good idea here.
