Excel output opening with errors

Hello,

I have a flow which is completed with no errors but when I try to open the output file I get the below error.

If I press no then the excel fil does not open but if I press yes than the file open but with some new sheets (recovered sheets)

Do you have any idea on why this happens and how to solve it?
