Exam result send another mail

I received the designer core exam result in another Email that is not registered in the Alteryx community but before certification and results were received in the college Email which is registered in the Alteryx community

You mean you took the exam with your student email and signed up for a Maveryx account with your student email, now you have a new Maveryx account with a different email? 

Are you trying to merge your profiles so that the certification shows up in your new profile with your email? If yes, you'll need to contact both @AlteryxCommunityTeam and @AlteryxCertification on this. Email them is best - here is their email:

certification@alteryx.com

Hi @Nitin1110! Fun fact: when taking a Certification exam, you are able to use ANY email address. Your exam results will be sent to that email address even if it is different from your Community profile email address. Your badge will still be issued to your Community profile correctly. The only difference is where your exam results are sent is up to you. Hope that helps!
