Error running Event #1: Func 'curl_easy_perform' failed, ret = 28, desc = Timeout

Hello, 

I tried to create a new event (After Run Without Errors: Email to) for my workflow but got a timeout error message instead. My workflow is not that big and only took 3 minutes to run. I am on Alteryx Version 2023.1 and used the Data Connection Manager (DCM). Has anyone seen this issue before? If so, how did you resolve this?

SMTP Server: mail@mycompany.org

Port: 25

Encryption: SSL/TLS

Error Message: Error: Designer x64: The Designer x64 reported: Error running Event #1: Func 'curl_easy_perform' failed, ret = 28, desc = Timeout was reached

I usually only configure the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol--(SMTP) that is usually an email server; not an email and Port: 25 with None as Encryption and Authentication not checked.

This has been working for me since version 2022
