Error Message "Invalid Field Size - 0 must be between 1 and 2147483647"

Hello,

I get the following error in my join tool

"Invalid Field Size - 0 must be between 1 and 2147483647"

I have checked all inputs to the "Join" and they are all size "8".

Any suggestions on how to resolve?
