Email tool - error issue

Question

I'm trying to send emails with the Email tool and an SMTP Connection using the "Use Data Connection Manager (DCM)" option. I am connecting using a Credential of the "OAuth with Alteryx Application". It works fine when I use my own email ID, but it gives me an error when I use the team's shared mail ID. The error says "Error: Email (1): Record#1: Func 'curl_easy_perform' failed, ret = 67, desc = Login denied". Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hi @Suhel i have attached a communication chain for your reference, meanwhile try to degrade your alteryx designer to 2022.3, it will work.

Hi @Suhel please go through the link attached, people stopped getting this error once they downgraded the alteryx designer version to 2022.3.
