Does anybody know how many hours of workload for the Foundation micro-credential?

Hi! At the company where I work, we need to present the number of hours of workload for courses and certifications we get. I know the "Get started with Alteryx" learning path has 16h total, but I haven't finished it yet. I have the Foundation micro-credential, though. But I don't know how many hours I've spent to get it. Does anybody know that information?

I think 5-6 days are enough to do it. That includes solving weekly challenges daily and if spent 2 hours to go through the Getting started tutorial.
