Difference in certification exam result received on mail and that was displayed after exam

Hi,

I gave my core certification exam yesterday and I observed that the results that were emailed to me and the results that were displayed after my examination were different.

For instance, it was displayed I achieved 100% for summarise tool but the mail I received tells me I have been awarded 75%, Parse section I was displayed that I was awarded 82.5% but the mail says me that I received 66%.

Please help

Have you passed the examination

i.e cleared the examination

If you have cleared the exam and the results are different which is displayed less than the passing score then the address needs to be addressed
