Designer core certification exam error

I am attempting to take the designer core certification exam and receive the attached error message. Error message reads "The account is presently out of credits so tests cannot be taken. Please contact the person who gave you this test for more information." 

This is my first attempt at the exam and I am unsure of what is meant by "credits." I emailed certification@alteryx.com and am waiting for a response. Hoping someone from the community has seen this before and has a solution!

It is strange.
The only thing I can think of is that the email address or Community ID might not be correctly input?

This issue has been faced by multiple people in last couple of days. It might get resolved in few days.

The issue was internal from Alteryx, resolved later that same day.
