Designer Certificate

Hi all , i have passed the core designer certification a few days ago but i didn't receive my certificate yet , should i mail certification@alteryx.com,
 or wait untill they send it ?

Could take a few days.  I'd give it a week and if you don't have it by then, email them.

Typically my past certificates have taken 1-3 days. 
Any luck with yours yet?
