Credly not in Sync

Hi Everyone,

In Credly I am not able to see my latest Alteryx certificates it shows the expired certificate but I have requalified it. I am not able to find any Credly email as well, can anyone suggest me a way to get Credly updated with latest certification.

Give it some time after your re-certification. They will come later. If you don't see it, then you can write to Credly I believe.

Check your junk as well! I have seen Credly emails end up there before lol

@caltang it's been 2-3 months since I requalified the exam. @tristank  I check all my mail maybe I deleted that Credly mail, is there any other way we can update, or we have to write a mail to credly only.

Hmm, have you checked Credly badges? Try writing an email to their support team on this.
