Conv Errors - Lost in Translation

I am running my workflow and all of my input files are working properly except one.  I am getting the error message attached and I can't figure out why this file is different than the rest of my files. I have also attached the workflow it self.

Seeing from the error, maybe you are trying to convert a String to Data type, which fails.

How would I know what in the file was string? There are other files that are set up the exact same way that all worked, just this one didn't.
