Certification Designer Core not received

I passed my Core Designer Certification on the 3 June 2020, but I still haven't received my certificate yet. Could you please assist me?

Hi @Bob670,

You should receive your certificate in an email within 48 hours of your exam time which will include a link to your certificate that you can post to your LinkedIn profile (basic instructions will be provided in the email).  On occasion, messages are intercepted by filters, so if you don't receive your message within that time frame, send an email to certification@alteryx.com from the email address that you provided when you took the exam and they'll will be happy to assist you.

Thanks for the reply, I got the certification on June 3, so I waited 48 hours and looked in all my emails (even spam) but I still haven't received anything!

I will send an email hoping for a response ...
