Certificate not received

Hi Team,

 

I have passed Alteryx Designer Core  -Beginners certification exam on 19th April 2020. Its already 48 hrs but still i haven't received the certificate.

Could you please look into this?

Hi Ankur,

 

Great news on passing your exam !

 

It may be in your clutter/junk email folder.  Alternatively, you can always send an email to: certification@alteryx.com for a copy.

Hi Ankur

 

I have faced the same issue. I haven't received the certificate and hence mailed to the certification team. 

 

May I know how long the team take to reply my mail?

 

And did you received certification?
