Hi,

 

I have completed the Alteryx Designer Core certification on 30-May-2022 but I still haven't received the certificate.

Hey @nagaraj_v, this seems like a fairly common issue recently. Alteryx staff do pop into these forums now and again but I think your best initial bet would be to shoot an email to 

certification@alteryx.com in the meantime!

Hi Team,

 

How long it will take once we send the email to cetification@alteryx.com. Am yet to get the certificate. Could you please tell me is there any other way to reach out the Alteryx Team to get the certificate at the earliest.
