Can Alteryx connect to a z/OS 02.03.00 mainframe?

I've used Alteryx in the past and it has been amazing. I'm now wondering if it's able to bridge this gap and connect to a mainframe and pull data.  I'm a beginner in the mainframe world, so if there is any further information that's needed to answer this question, let me know.
