Call Center Analytics Predictive Modeling

Dear All,

 

I was looking for use cases regarding maximize call center performance. I found one use case in Alteryx Use Case Navigator https://www.alteryx.com/use-case-navigator/call-center-analytics-predictive-modeling 

 

However, there is no workflow attached with this use case to test it on my own data. Does anyone know how we can get such workflow, please?

 

This use case sound very interested as I have same KPI to maximize which is Time to Resolution (TTR). I really appreciate if you can direct me to such workflow.
